The new biome captivates with its unusual atmosphere. Players can collect unique resources such as Pale Moss, moss carpets, hanging moss, and pale oak wood, including a full set of building blocks made from this material. But stay vigilant—at night, this paradise quickly transforms into a dangerous territory as the Scribes come to life.

New Mob — The Scribe

The Scribe is a unique and unusual mob that only spawns at night in the Pale Garden biome if a Scribe’s Heart is present in a pale oak tree. It remains motionless if you look at it, but becomes a real threat the moment you lose sight of it.

Features of the Scribe:

• Invulnerability while connected to the heart: Want to destroy the Scribe? First, find and destroy its Heart.
• Particle trails: These show the connection between the Scribe and its Heart when you attack it.
• Unique sounds: Movement and attack sounds immerse you in its mysterious atmosphere.

It’s also worth noting that Scribes summoned using spawn eggs are less durable. They only have half a heart of health and are vulnerable to standard attacks.

The Scribe’s Heart

This is a "living" block hidden inside pale oaks. It activates only at night and plays a key role in creating the Scribe. Destroying it will eliminate the mob itself. However, the Heart comes with special mechanics:

• It cannot be moved by pistons or used as fuel.
• When destroyed, it grants players 20 to 24 experience points, even if a Silk Touch-enchanted tool is used.

The Heart also emits vibrations during the spawning and removal of Scribes, adding an extra layer of excitement to your adventures.

New Resources and Their Uses

The update introduces Resin Clumps, which can be dropped from Scribes and used to craft resin bricks. Additionally, they can be used to decorate your armor, giving it a menacing style.
