CoronaCheck

CoronaCheck is an application for mobile devices that appeared in connection with the introduction of special rules in the Netherlands to combat the spread of coronavirus. It was developed by the Ministry of Health, Sports and Welfare of the country. With the help of the application, the negative result obtained during testing for coronavirus is converted into a special digital QR code. It must be saved in a mobile phone or printed on paper.

It confirms a negative test result for corona, vaccination or recovery from coronavirus. With a QR code, you can attend various cultural events, large gatherings of people and travel around the EU countries.

You can log in to the CoronaCheck app using DigiD. The Application will then check if RIVM is aware of the vaccination. If CoronaCheck does not detect the result of your vaccination, it will not be able to show a certificate that confirms the vaccination.

The CoronaCheck app in your mobile phone is a reliable proof of having been vaccinated, a negative corona test. It helps in the overall fight against coronovirus.
